2012 GRI Schedule Announced |

RVAR, in partnership with the Virginia Association of REALTORS®, is offering three GRI modules in 2012. A schedule of
all GRI modules being offered in Virginia is available.
GRI is a professional designation which stands for Graduate, REALTOR® Institute. Almost every module qualifies for Continuing Education and/or Post Licensure credit.
GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge. Virginia’s REALTOR® Institute program consists of 12 one-day modules (9 required plus 3 of 5 optional modules.) Why not start 2012 on a positive note and earn your GRI designation? |

| Richard Limroth of RE/MAX Valley, REALTORS was installed as RVAR President on December 11th at the Installation Breakfast. Also installed were Joe Sutliff of RE/MAX All Stars as President-elect and Barry Bridges of Weichert, REALTORS Bridges & Co as Vice President. Three new Directors were installed: Karen Bertrand of Long & Foster, REALTORS; Kathy Bibb of MKB, REALTORS and Barbara Brooks of RE/MAX Lakefront Realty. VAR has recently introduced four short sale-related forms: Short Sale Information for Sellers; Short Sale Information for Buyers; Short Sale Addendum for Exclusive Right to Represent Seller Agreement; Short Sale Addendum for Contract of Purchase.
