Did you forget to cradle your key last night? There are three additional ways to update your Display Key:

1. Manual eSYNC (no limit to how often you perform a Manual eSYNC)

a. Press Enter to turn your key on.

b. Scroll down using down arrow to Manual eSYNC. Press Enter.

c. Place key in cradle. Wait until lights go to green and Key says “Key Updated”.

2. KIMweb *

a. Login to www.supraekey.com and select Login to KIM.

b. Enter your key # and your PIN code. Choose Login.

c. Enter your email address when prompted and select Submit.

d. Select Update Code link at upper left side of the screen and follow the instructions on the screen.

3. Call KIM *

a. Call 1-888-968-4032. Follow instructions. Key will say “Key Updated”.

* You are only allowed 3 courtesy updates in a row via KIMweb and KIM call in; after that you must eSYNC (either manually or in your cradle overnight.)
