One of the most valuable services a REALTOR brings to any sales effort is an honest and fair appraisal of market value as determined by a professional market analysis. Factors that should be considered when determining price are:
- Condition of the property,
- Available financing including the amount of the monthly
payments,
- Comparable sales and listings within your market area,
- Local supply and demand for that particular property type, and
- National, state and local economic trends.
