The Annual Legal Update will be held Wednesday, November 9th, 10AM-Noon via Zoom.

This course focuses on the questions most frequently asked of the VAR Legal Hotline.
Topics will include:
¨ Advertising
¨ Disclosure
¨ Earnest Money Deposits
¨ Compensation
¨ Contract Termination vs. Release
¨ Property Owner’s Association Act


CE: 2 hours Legal Updates - Broker Management: 2 hours
PL: 2 hours Current Industry Issues/Trends

This class will be held via Zoom. the day before the class, VAR will
send you a link to attend the virtual class.
Be sure to login to this class prior to 10:00AM.
In order to receive CE/PL credit, you must remain online throughout he 2 hour class.

Attendance is limited to 95
