A proposal to amend RVAR’s Bylaws to change the composition and authority of the MLS Board of Directors. In accordance with the RVAR Bylaws, the process for amending the Bylaws requires attendance by 5% of the membership and a vote in favor of the amendments by 2/3 of those present. All voting must be in person. No voting by proxy is permitted.
