| RVAR recognized two Affiliate members at the May 6th Affiliates Expo. Acquisition Title & Settlement Agency won the company award for its sponsorship of and participation in RVAR events, as well as service on RVAR Committees. Gail Perry of American National Bank earned the individual award for long term service on the Education Committee, sponsorship of educational sessions and participation in RVAR events. RVAR is proud to salute these dedicated Affiliate members for their service to RVAR and to the REALTOR community. |

Reports of stolen real estate and open house signs seemed to be on the increase this spring. So RVAR emailed all members to ask for specific instances. In the past 4 weeks, 20 Realtors responded, reporting 30 stolen/lost signs in 4 different jurisdictions. Half of the stolen signs were located in Southwest Roanoke County, site of many of our listings.
