The City of Roanoke provides Flood Insurance Rate Maps and Elevation Certificates for properties inside City limits that fall within Special Flood Hazard Areas. This information may be accessed by: (1) visiting the City's website at www.roanokeva.gov and clicking the GIS/Real Estate link; (2) calling the City Engineering Office at 540-853-2731; or by (3) visiting the Office of the City Engineer, Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building, 215 Church Avenue Suite 350, Roanoke, VA 24011. Additional information about flood plain insurance may be found at www.floodsmart.gov/floodsmart/ . The City of Roanoke is an NFIP community. |
