- Ninety-two percent of buyers used the Internet in some way in their home search and 50 percent used a mobile website or application in their home search.
- Eighty-eight percent of buyers purchased their home through a real estate agent.
- The typical home purchased had 1,870 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and was built in 1993.
- The typical homeseller lived in their home for 10 years. Buyers expect to live in their home for 12 years after buying.
