RVAR dues will remain the same as in 2009. The same is true for NAR dues. VAR has increased its dues amount by $10. Total 2010 REALTOR dues are $415. REALTOR dues are due by January 4th, with a 10% late charge added after January 19th. A summary of the RVAR budget and MLS budget is available.
The final date for acceptance of REALTOR dues will be March 2nd. On March 3rd, any REALTOR whose dues remains unpaid will be dropped from membership, and an additional reactivation fee ($100) in addition to the dues owed will be assess to reinstate membership. On March 4th, non-payees will also be dropped from the MLS and their Supra keys deactivated. |
